Big, beautiful juicy classic lemons with very tart juice and fragrant skin. Full of vitamin C.

Season: January, February

Suggested uses: Make lemonade, make lemon pound cake, lemon marmalade, or preserve them in salt Moroccan style. The juice and finely grated zest are great in sauces, dressings, and to make sorbets. Candy the peels and chop them in baked goods, or infuse the peels in vodka.

Shelf life: 2 weeks in your refrigerator, or freeze the juice.
