HOSUI ASIAN PEARS
Round fruit. Skin is brown stippled with white. Hosui is the industry standard, and you may have tasted boring ones. Ours are far sweeter and juicier than commodity fruit because we color pick each fruit instead of stripping the trees. Delicious multi-purpose fruit with rich flavor, brandy aroma. Very versatile and a great keeper. Season: August to September. Size: 12 to 40 per metric layer. Suggested uses: Fresh eating, salads, cheese platters, roasting, grilled. Shelf life: Will keep at 32 degrees for 1 month. |
