Season: Early August

Size: 16 to 24 per metric layer

Suggested uses: Fresh eating, sorbets, preserves, sauces, mixed drinks.

Shelf life: Store at 50 degrees for best flavor, 32 degrees for maximum shelf life. Fairly good keeper.
