SHINSEIKI ASIAN PEAR

Round fruit. Yellow skinned stippled with tan. Firm, crunchy variety, sweet with hint of spice. Fabulous with assorted cheeses.

Season: Late August to September.

Size: 12 to 40 per metric layer.

Suggested uses: Fresh eating, salads, cheese platters, grilled, roasted.

Shelf life: Will keep at 32 degrees for 1 month.
