TSULI ASIAN PEARS
Tsu-Li looks like Yali's country cousin. Same long pear shape, but coarser skin is more freckled, and flesh is firmer. Pineapple aroma, cream colored flesh, delicious floral taste. Season: September. Size: 12 to 40 per metric layer. Suggested uses: Fresh eating, salads, cheese platters, roasting, grilled, poached. Shelf life: Will keep at 32 degrees for 3 weeks. |
